Stewarding Space is actively seeking opportunities to partner with communities, municipalities, property owners, and mission-aligned organizations looking for quality, thoughtful developers.

Our primary focus is on historic adaptive reuse, redevelopment, and community-centered real estate projects across a range of asset classes, with a particular interest in:

• Retail and mixed-use developments

• Multifamily housing

• Boutique hospitality

• Historic buildings and underutilized commercial assets

• Existing strip centers with repositioning potential

• RFP opportunities from cities, agencies, and community partners

While our work is rooted in North Texas, we are open to exploring opportunities in other markets where there are strong local operators, partners, or community relationships already in place.

Stewarding Space is especially drawn to projects where real estate can help restore momentum, support local businesses, preserve historic character, and create long-term value for the surrounding community.

Looking ahead, one of our long-term goals is to help structure and syndicate real estate partnerships with care providers serving youth ages 18–25 who are transitioning out of foster care. We believe there is a meaningful opportunity to connect quality housing, supportive services, and impact-focused investment in communities across the country.
